Most US Kids Not Meeting Sleep, Exercise, and Screen Time Targets

According to a recent article in Reuters, only 1 in 20 US children get the AAP recommended levels of sleep, activity, and screen time for children.  Unfortunately, too much screen time and not enough sleep or exercise can lead to chronic health problems in children, including obesity, anxiety and depression, and unhealthy behaviors later in life.
